Refund Policy

I offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, minus a $2 fee, on all courses.

Why do I do it this way?

I've thought long and hard about the guarantee. The internet is full of serial refunders and thieves with stolen credit card numbers theses days.
Some people buy with the idea of refunding. It used to be that the credit card processors would refund the fees for these transactions -- but no longer. Every refund now costs a small business owner money. The fees are generally around 3% of the purchase price.

At the same time, I want to take the risk off you. The risk should be on my shoulders, too. If I don't provide a quality course, you should be able to get your money back.

You can trust this man -- trust me!

So I decided on a $2 fee to process any refund. People who have no intention of paying for the course will balk at the $2.

I'm not interested in preventing refunds from legitimate customers who just don't like my style of teaching. I'm just trying to cut out the people who have no intention of being honest. And I will still lose money on every refund. I should take part of the risk too, right?

Your total risk is $2!  And there's no way you're going to get less than $2 in value from having one of my courses for 14 days. Not a chance.

But if you're worried about that possibility, head over to my YouTube channel and watch a few videos. You can see if my way of organizing information works for you. Or read some of the articles on my blog to see if I know what I'm talking about. Then you can make a decision as to whether to risk your two bucks.

If you do decide you want a refund, just reply to your receipt email, or follow the link to our Contact Page and send us a note.

Oh, one other thing . . .

If a program of mine has a mentorship aspect -- if I review a mix of yours, or give you feedback on an instrument EQ as part of a service . . . Well, you're going to have to get that feedback after the refund period is over. My goal is to build a strong community and support those who want to  make their songs shine in recordings. I can't do that by wasting time on folks who will refund.
